Calling all Cherokee High School students and faculty, this upcoming week is Student Council’s Spirit Week! Be sure to show your school spirit for the next week by following the daily themes written below, all with the overall theme of the Olympics!

- SENIORS wear BLUE

- SOPHOMORES & JUNIORS wear WHITE
Friday, October 18 will also be our Cherokee Pep Rally! This will take place in the afternoon, and the entire school will head outside into the student section bleachers to share their school spirit and get excited for Homecoming! You can expect games, dances, and competitions. Be sure to stand in the correct bleachers and root for the correct team based on your team color, whether that be ORANGE for the Senior/Freshman team or WHITE for the Junior/Sophomore team.
The Homecoming Football Game will be later that evening at 6:00 pm, against Millville High School, and students are invited to come out dressed for a WHITE OUT to send off the night in preparation for Homecoming!
Speaking of Homecoming, the dance will be the following day, October 19. Tickets will cost $10 and are sold at the door— remember to bring your student ID, and no backpacks are allowed. The dance will take place in the Cherokee North Gym from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm. Please note that students will be denied entry after 8:00 pm and cannot leave the dance until 8:30 pm. Be sure to dress your best and dance like the night is young— because it is!
