Sophomore Cotillion

On May 4, 2018, the Class of 2020 hosted Cherokee’s annual Sophomore Cotillion. This year’s theme was based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby. The Roaring Twenties was a time of dancing, fun, and laughter which were all present at Cotillion.

Students gathered in the North Cafeteria to celebrate not only the school year coming to a close but their advance towards junior year. Cotillion is one of the few times out of one’s four years at Cherokee where only their graduating class is gathered together. Students get to be with just their fellow classmates and it brings the class closer together. As the night went on, the music blasted and as always, a little party never killed anybody.
